GRACI MCARDLE

Pilates Instructor & Physiotherapy

I’m a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor with over 25 years’ experience helping people move better, recover from injury, and build lasting strength.

I hold a Master’s degree in Human Anatomy (Brazil) and spent several years teaching anatomy and neuroanatomy at University level, as well as working in rehabilitation within the Urology department of an army hospital. I’ve also supported many patients in private practice, specialising in neurological and musculoskeletal conditions (MSK) using exercises and hands-on approach.

After moving to the UK, I completed full Pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) and have now been teaching for a decade.

I’m a member of ACPIN (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology).

Over the years, I’ve developed a thriving Pilates practice offering mixed-ability and rehab-informed classes.

All my sessions, both group and individual, combine clinical expertise with mindful movement, helping clients recover, improve mobility, build strength, and enjoy better balance and confidence.

Beyond the physical benefits, my classes aim to sharpen focus, support cognitive health, and help reduce the risk of falls.
